Items purchased from PartsRebuilders include a free 1-year limited warranty which covers repairs and limited exchanges. Warranties can be extended. PartsRebuilders enterprises warrants that all new and rebuilt items, and repair services, will be defect-free for a period of one year from date of purchase.
If, within the warranty period, any purchased item should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, PartsRebuilders will remedy solely through repair of the warrantied item, or replacement of the warrantied item with a rebuilt item. The warranty applies only to failures integral to the item.
This warranty does not extend to any product that fails due to: accident or collision, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, other faulty parts, improper installation, items which are used for any purpose other than its intended use, use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such item is not intended for these applications, damage caused by fire, flood, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters.
This warranty represents the total liability of PartsRebuilders for for any item to which it applies, sold by PartsRebuilders.
PartsRebuilders shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. PartsRebuilders warranty does not cover labor, towing, or rental car charges, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If a product is replaced under this warranty, a replacement product will be covered for 90 days from the date of exchange, or for the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is greater. This warranty for installed vehicle parts shall terminate immediately if the vehicle is sold, or ownership is otherwise transferred, or if the item is installed in another vehicle.
Cash refunds will be provided only in the event that a rebuilt replacement item is not available, or a repair is not possible.
